with vinegar.
So how does one go
about using vinegar for cleaning your coffee maker? You must also be
wondering as to why the coffee maker needs to be cleaned in the first
place. You brew your coffee and drink it, why make the extra effort. The
most basic reason that a coffee maker needs to be cleaned at least once
a month is that it helps retain the fresh flavor of coffee.
The impurities
consisting of old oils and mineral deposits tend to take away the taste
and flavor. You can clean coffee maker with vinegar to which two parts
of water has been added to one part of vinegar.
Let us explain
briefly as to how the entire process works. As stated earlier take one
part vinegar to which two parts of water has been added. Mix water and
vinegar thoroughly and pour it in the water pot or reservoir of the
coffee maker. Switch on the coffee maker.
Let the solution run
through the coffee maker and then switch it off. Let it cool for a
period of 30 minutes. Drain the solution. Repeat the process if the
coffee maker is very dirty or has not been cleaned for a pretty long
time.
Water which is
reasonably warm needs to be filled in the coffee water pot or reservoir.
This will help in rinsing the solution of vinegar and water and remove
any impurities still sticking around.
Repeat the rinsing
